UNICASH REWARDS PROGRAM - Terms and Conditions

Overview, Costs and Benefits

The Unicash Rewards Program (the "Program") is a customer loyalty program offered by Unicash Franchising Inc, its subsidiaries, franchisees and affiliates ("Unicash") to customers. In order to enjoy the benefits of the program during a term of one year and become Elite Members ("Members"), customers shall pay a yearly membership fee, currently at $20.00 per year. Upon joining the Program, Members are entitled to receive a Unicash Rewards Card (the "Card"). Prior or at the expiration of every membership term, Members may opt to renew it for another year and pay a new yearly membership fee. Upon renewal, a new Card is not issued and Members shall use their same existing card number. The current benefits of the Program, which may be amended from time to time, include:

Cash Rewards: a cash back reward is issued for every fifth cheque cashing or payday advance transaction.

Discounted Cheque Cashing: a reduction of $2.00 in the fees will be applied for every cheque cashed of at least $200.00 during the term of the membership. Such discount is a flat amount and does not apply for the regular cheque cashing percentage fee, currently at 2.5% for most cheques. Such discount is not applicable at all for payday advance transactions.

Half Price Fee on Money Orders: members are entitled to receive a 50% discount of the current money order fees for the term of their membership. Such discount is only applicable to money orders purchased solely for the use of the member.

Half Price Fee on Bill Payments: members are entitled to receive a 50% discount of the current bill payment fees for the term of their membership. Such discount is only applicable for bill payments solely belonging to the member.

Preferred US$ Exchange Rate: offered to members throughout the term of their membership.

General Provisions

By using the Card at any time on or after February 1, 2004, members are deemed to have accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions of the Program hereby set out, or as they may be amended from time to time, being the current updated version of such terms and conditions available on the internet website of Unicash at www.unicash.com.

Program membership and the Card are granted at Unicash's sole discretion and may be withdrawn and/or revoked at any time at Unicash's sole discretion with or without notification.

Program membership and the Card is not a credit card. The holder's right to use the Card is not transferable. Program membership is subject to an expiry date and, if not renewed, its benefits and privileges will cease immediately. Cards with an exact same number are not replaceable. In the event that a Member loses its Card, a new Card, with a different number, may be issued to the Member at a cost and the Member may still enjoy the benefits of the Program for the rest of the term of its membership.

Unicash reserves the right with or without previous notice and at anytime to terminate the Program and to request members to return their Cards to Unicash. Unicash Rewards is a trademark of Unicash Franchising Inc.
